Directions: Follow M-107 west from Silver City to Union Bay Campground and turn right. The Folk School driveway is the first gravel road to right. We are in the old carpenter’s shop. Park on the far side of the “L” building.

*MOTOR VEHICLE PERMITS (MVP)If you are a Michigan resident you may check “yes,” agreeing to pay an additional $11 on your license plate renewal each year ($5 motorcycle resident).  You will gain admission to all 98 Michigan state parks and recreation areas, state forest campgrounds and non-motorized trail head and boat launch parking.  The non-resident annual recreation passport is $30.50 ($8.40 daily).  The daily admission for a vehicle is $8, and for a motorcycle it is $5.
