You will learn how to really “look at,” examine, and describe the characteristics of your unique tree using your own tree photo or available reference photos. Then you will use pen and ink to draw your tree using quick movements, next paint a looser version in watercolors, and finally paint with acrylics, using more color and layering. You will mount the three art panels together to create an artistic triptych study of your special tree. Students age 16 and older are welcome.
A minimum of 6 students must be registered by Tuesday, September 10 for the class to go. Maximum of 15 students. To register for this class, click the registration button or call 906-884-7663.
