Create a Leopold bench from treated lumber. Students may bring a helper to work on their bench with them. Ages 14 and older are welcome.
Aldo Leopold was an internationally recognized figure in wildlife conservation and a pioneering author and philosopher on environmental ethics and land stewardship. The style of bench that is named after him, is asthetically pleasing and calls people to sit and reflect.
